Kanavi has made his name known tho whole world despite drama around Griffin and his contract.
The LCK makes it difficult to get Previews out in time and as such I lost a couple of points for this week as 2 matches have already been decided, but no worries, there's still four days worth of games to play so let’s start there. The Match of the Week is for sure Damwon Gaming vs Gen.G as the two teams are often always at the top of the table and have a more interesting playstyle than the rest of the LCK so far. Make sure to see below for the prediction on this one! There is no Bet of the Week for the LCK this week as the schedules that the Operators have is wildly innacurate, that being said, keep a close eye on SANDBOX Gaming and Team Dynamics who are possibly mounting serious campaigns this week. KT already walked away with the 2-0 victory but I don't think anyone is too surprised, Hanwha have a long way to go before they gain anybodies respect in the LCK but at the same time we know KT needs all the wins they can if they want to keep up the pace they set in Spring. Team Dynamics have been a huge surprise as they go 2-1 after winning 2-1 against Prince. Their odds as such have been dramatically increased while they are still being vetted. A key point to make here is that Dynamics have simply experienced playing against Prince no more than a year ago in Champions Korea, so we’re all still waiting for some true show of form. DragonX are the favorites for this one and by a lot. SG finally have their new head coach in Korea and maybe that will be enough for them to rally against the likes of KT, but certainly not against the team that just took down T1. DragonX have propelled themselves into a good spot thus far and we should expect them to keep this pace up. The Match of the Week is this one simply because it is the most exciting to look at when you see the schedule. That being said GEN.G are all around the better team and we should expect to see them dominating this one. Both teams are certainly more exciting to watch than most and that means you won't want to miss it. T1 are looking to make a comeback after falling to DRX in quite convincing fashion. They should be able to find their form for this one as the Freecs are simply just a worse team all around with their biggest strength barely matching the weakest link on T1. This match will prove to us whether or not Dynamics can hang out with the big kids. Hanwha aren’t the best of the LCK but they surely are the gatekeepers in this scenario as Dynamics are still waiting to challenge the top of the table teams. Hanwha aren’t a team I usually stand behind but in this case, it only makes sense. This is one of those matches where there’s just no hope for one of the teams. In this case it is Prince that should be looking towards their next match before this one has even started. Where Afreeca still stands a chance against T1, Prince will probably never match Gen.G in anything other than a Best of One series. DWG are the favorites here and they should be favorites every time these two teams face off. KT as an org have struggled to find their way back to the limelight while DWG have solidified themselves as a top 4 team in Korea, almost replacing KT in that sense. That being said they can’t be counted out just yet, although they did lose to the new team on the block. DragonX are going to be sitting quite pretty at the top of the table after this week and certainly deserve to be there, as long as they actually are there. They’ve already bested T1 and Gen.G and most likely SANDBOX at this point, who are the Freecs in an actual series against a top team? T1 are obviously the favorites heading into this one and there are a couple of reasons, SANDBOX aren’t in form, T1 have better players on and individual level, T1 have a better team all around, SANDBOX will have only had their new head coach for a short time before this week, etcetera. There’s always a chance that a sprinkle of EU is able to upset T1, we’ve seen it happen before once, or twice. Cameron Carr
